3 EEFs for Direct and Manage Project Activities
In several of my articles, I have talked about Enterprise Environmental Factors also known as EEF. These are internal or external conditions that limit the options available resources for a project. In this article, I want to look for a project. In this article, I want to look at EEFs for Direct and Manage Project Activities. Follow me as we look at that together in this article.
#1 ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURES
One of the EEFs for Direct and Manage Project activities have to do with the organizational structure, culture, management practices, and sustainability measures in an organization. The Project Manager has to know the limit of his powers in any given scenario. He must recognize those that he has to share powers with. He also has to know how people behave as well as what influences employees’ behavior in that organization.
#2 INFRASTRUCTURE
The type of infrastructure and equipment at the disposal of an organization will also influence how their project goes. For an organization that has all the resources that they need, this will also influence how the project runs. They will be able to finish their project within schedule compares to organizations that have ineffective resources.
#3 RISK THRESHOLD
The risk threshold that stakeholders are to go is one of the EEFs for Direct and Manage Project Activities. From one organization to another, the number of stakeholders is ready to allocate for the risk varies. An organization or stakeholders that are not ready to spend much on risks may not fare better compared to an organization that is ready to damn the consequence. This can boost their chances compared to an organization that is threading cautiously.
