Technical Project Management Skills are defined as the skills needed to effectively apply project management knowledge to deliver the desired outcome for projects and programs.

The Project Manager as the leader of the project must be able to manage the different parts of the project. He is expected to understand the quality expectations for the project and ensure that he come up with the desired outputs expected by the project stakeholders.

The Project Manager can combine two or more developmental approach for project management such as adaptive and predictive.method of managing projects to achieve it’s overall project objectives. He has to tailor project management processes to meet his project goals.

The Project Manager also needs to make sure that he plan adequately for the project. He needs to take.tone to think through his project and prepare for risks that have been identified for the project.
This will also allow the Project Manager to prioritize diligently for the project. The chances of having a successful project are very high with this initiative.
#4 Manage Project Elements
As part of the technical project management skills for project managers, the Project Manager needs to manage all constraints that are likely to impact on the project.
Some of these constraints include schedule, cost, resources, risks among others. The Project Manager needs to ensure that he achieves his project objectives despite all these attacking constraints.
