How to avoid unwanted emails
There are several times that we have received emails in our inbox and we are wondering where that email comes from. Although some of them have not come by our own doing bit most times those that are sending those emails have to capitalise on our carelessness to get those emails to our inbox.
In this article, I want to show us some of the ways that we can afford unwanted emails in our inbox. Follow me as I show you some of those tips in this article.
#1 Email filtering
The first step to take to get all those thrash out of your way is to filter your emails. You have to specify your email into different categories. Some of the email providers have also made it easy for you by grouping those email into different categories asked on the source they are coming from. With this, some of them still found their way to your primary inbox. For such emails, you have to keep unsubscribing from such emails.
To avoid unwanted emails in Microsoft Outlook. Go to the Delete group on Home Tab, click Junk and Junk E-mail Options, On the Blocked Sender Tab, Click Add.
Enter an email address or domain name and click add.
Above all, you should stop being gullible. I have been on a platform were just because people wanted to get this or win a bogus promo, they have decided to release their emails and phone numbers. At the end of the day, someone can. come to those platforms and harvest those emails.
Most of the problems associated with fraud and unwanted emails can stop if done of us can be more conscious of how we throw out emails around with reckless abandon.
