Here are some of the things that you need to take note of if you want to have more secure email communication.

 

  1.  Do not use just one email account for all purposes.
  2. Do not close your browser without properly logging out.
  3. Don’t forget to delete browser cache, passwords and history.
  4. Don’t send personal and financial information via email.
  5. Don’t trust the emails from your friends to be secure.
  6. Don’t delete Sam instead of blacklisting it.

  28. Install mobile antivirus and keep it up to date.
  29. Turn off Show Pictures in your mobile browser.
  30. Reduce the size of an email, send them in plain text.
  31. Zip and send any important files.
