Project Management Plan
Project management components include the quality management plan. The quality management plan defines the acceptable level of project and product quality and describes what to do with non conforming products and what corrective action to implement.

Project documents that can be considered as part of inputs for manage quality management include:
Lesson learned register: Lessons learned earlier in the project with regard to managing quality can be applied to later phases in the project to improve efficiency and effectiveness of managing quality.
Quality control measurements : Quality control measurements are used to analyse and evaluate the quality of the processes and deliverables of the project against the standards of the performing organization or the requirements specified.
Quality control measurements can also compare the processes used to create the measurements and validate actual measurements to determine the level of their correctness.
Quality metrics
Quality metrics are verified as part of he Control quality process. The manage quality process uses these metrics as a basis for development of test scenerios for the project and it’s deliverables and as a tool for improvement initiatives.
Risk reports
Risk report is used in the manage quality process to identify sources of overall risk and the most important drivers of overall risk exposure that can impact the quality objectives of the project.
Organizational Process Assets
The organizational process asset that can influence manage quality process include: organisational quality management system that include policies procedures and guidelines. Quality templates such as check sheets , traceability Matrix, test plans ,test documents and others. Results from previous audits as well lesson learned repository with information from similar projects .
